The onsen was a highlight of our weekend getaway. The hot springs were beautiful, clean, and relaxing. We also loved the exceptional service, and the view from our room was breathtaking. It was lovely seeing the snowflakes falling on the pine trees.
We experienced some allergic reactions in our room. The previous guest must have had pets that left behind a lot of hair, so despite the fact that we stayed in a pet-friendly room with hypoallergenic dogs, we had the symptoms of sneezing and stuffy noses.

Nestled amidst the snow, topped pine trees, this cozy hotel offers exceptional service and an elaborate onsen. My room had a breathtaking view of snow, laden trees. the crispy air and warm futon wrapped me up comfortably at night. the breakfast was hearty and delicious. the room had commanding calmness , plush beds, clean bathrooms, and all amenities within reach.
A minor downside was my room's pet, friendly decor lingering from the previous guest's stay. I suffered from allergies attributed to dander and spent a lot of time outdoors.

The onsen was absolutely stunning and the service was impeccable. the view from our room was breathtaking, with snow falling on the pine trees. We loved being able to relax in the hot springs after a day of exploring the city.
The room we stayed in had a lot of pet hair from the previous guest's dog. As someone with allergies to pets, it was a bit uncomfortable and caused me to sneeze and have a stuffy nose.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I was absolutely blown away by the incredible onsen. It was so beautiful and relaxing, and the snow falling on the pine trees outside made it even more magical. The service at this place was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. The room itself was stunning, with a breathtaking view of the snowy landscape. The amenities provided were also outstanding, including heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and an in-room safe. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus, allowing me to stay connected during my stay.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
